Check to ensure you have all of the needed hardware for your Amazon Signage stick.
Once this is complete plug the unit into an HDMI port on your display.
When powered on and set to the proper HDMI source you should see the below picture.
Follow the onscreen directions for manual setup with the remote.
Once that is complete you will see this screen, select play to start.
Select Language.
Select the WIFI you would like to utilize to connect the display to the internet.
Once the display is connected you will receive a pairing code.
Navigate on your computer or laptop to https://console.signage.amazon.com.
Select "Add Stick".
Enter the pairing code into the field and select "Verify".
You will see this screen, select "Next"
You will be taken to a list of content management systems (CMS). In the search bar type Menuboard Manager. Select Menuboard Manager and select "Next"
After you select Next you will see a review showing your pairing code and CMS. Select "Add Stick".
You will then see a pop up relaying the stick is setting up. Select "Go to Home".
Your display should now show these screens while it is setting up.
Once internal setup is complete on the display you will now see a Menuboard Manager screen showing a QR code. Scan the QR code to connect with Menuboard Manager support to acquire Environment name, code or URL. This will need to be input into the field.
To access the keyboard using the remote control tap on the right side of the ring and then tap the large button in the center of the ring.
Input Environment name, code or URL. Select "Next"
This will take you to a Menuboard Manager registration screen. This will have an activation code on the bottom of the screen. Email the activation code(s) to [email protected] or initiate a chat on menuboardmanager.com to activate your display(s).
If you have multiple displays please let the support team know which activation code goes to which display. If you have an array with three displays for instance clarify far left is this specific activation code, middle and far right.
