Menuboard Manager for Digital Directory Signage

Menuboard Manager turns traditional static building directories into dynamic, remotely managed digital experiences. What used to require printed inserts, manual updates, and service calls can now be managed from a browser in minutes.

What You Can Do

Tenant & suite management — update tenant names, suite numbers, company logos, and categories instantly. Add, remove, or rename tenants by typing directly in the presentation. To temporarily hide a tenant, click N/A on that field — it disappears from the display immediately.

Structured organization — organize listings by floor, alphabetically, by category, or by custom grouping. Menuboard Manager adapts to your building's logic.

Built-in widgets — display live data alongside your directory:
- Current weather
- Date & time
- Scrolling news feeds
- Custom announcements
- Event schedules
- Promotional messages

Centralized remote management — update all screens across one building or many properties from one dashboard. No ladders, USB drives, or service dispatch required.

How to Update Your Directory

  1. Log in to Menuboard Manager.

  2. Double-click the presentation you want to edit.

  3. Make your changes — update tenant names, suite numbers, or any other fields.

  4. To hide an entry, click N/A on that field.

  5. Publish your changes.

The presentation saves automatically when you publish.

Verifying Your Changes On-Screen

To confirm your updates are live on the display:

  1. Click the nine-dots icon and go to Units.

  2. Double-click your unit.

  3. Click Take Screenshot to capture a fresh screenshot.

  4. Wait up to 30 seconds, then check the screenshot and confirm the last screenshot date.
