POS Integration
Running Integration Manually
Running integration manually is useful when you need to sync your menus to your point-of-sale between scheduled intervals.
Go to the Integration app in Menuboard Manager.
Select the location(s) you want to run integration for.
Click Preview to pull the latest data from the POS and review the changes.
Click Run to pull the changes into Menuboard Manager price sheet(s) without refreshing displays.
Click Publish to pull the changes into price sheet(s) and immediately refresh the unit(s) to show the updated content on-screen.
Tip: If you use Toast and need to set up or update your field list before running a sync, Toaster{:target="_blank"} (free) lets you upload a Toast CSV or JSON export and build a Menuboard Manager-ready field list — complete with POS IDs for items and modifiers — without manually looking anything up in the Toast portal.
