Brightsign WiFi

BrightSigns with WiFi will need to be initially provisioned via a wired connection. Once the unit appears in BSN.cloud, the WiFi settings can be set remotely in BSN.cloud. The BrightSign unit must be registered on BSN.cloud to be able to connect to it.

  1. Register BrightSign on BSN.cloud

  2. Connect the BrightSign to a wired network

  3. Power on the BrightSign

  4. Go to BA Connected and connect to the BrightSign

  5. Go to SD Card tab

  6. Rename the autorun.brs file to backup-autorun.brs

  7. Download the autorun.brs file below

  8. Edit the autorun.brs file with a text editor, adding your WiFi SSID and password

  9. Upload autorun file to the BrightSign SD card via BSN.cloud

  10. Reboot the BrightSign unit in the Control tab
