Not Available. Otherwise known as “86’ing” a menu item.
Go to a presentation.
Go to the fields tab..
Notice the Not Available function on the left side of a dynamic text field entry
Enable the Not Available slider to mark the product not available.
Notice the change in the Preview below.
The default text shown is “SOLD OUT”, but you can change the text to whatever you’d like.
Go to the presentation properties.
Enter any text you’d like to use the the Not Available text box.
The Not Available text you entered is shown.
Short text works best.
Make sure to save your work.
