Create a Connection Report

Report to show units that haven't connected within a specified number of days. The example below demonstrates how to set up a a report showing units that haven't connected in the last day.

  1. Go to reports by clicking on the upper left corner (it might say Content)

  2. Click Add, and select Unit Report

  3. Name the report

  4. Configure Filter Criteria as follows: Select Field: Last Connection, Select Operation: Before, Time/Calendar Field: 0 days ago (or “1 day ago”, “2 days ago”, etc.)

  5. Run Report

  6. Save Report

  7. Click Schedule

  8. Choose email frequency in Choose Schedule Type

  9. Add a time

  10. Add email recipients

Note: “0 days ago” will return the units that have not connected since today. “1 day ago” will give the units that have not connected since two days ago, and so on.
