How to Check the Internet Connection on Your Samsung Commercial Display
Having trouble connecting to the internet? Follow these steps to check your internet connection using your Samsung remote.
Step 1: Locate your Samsung remote and press the Menu button.
Step 2: Using the arrow keys, navigate to the Network option and press Enter.
Step 3: From the Network menu, select Network Status and press Enter.
Step 4: The display runs a test on your network connection and reports whether it is connected to the internet.
If the test shows your display is not connected to the internet, troubleshoot your network or contact your internet service provider for assistance.
If the test shows your display is connected to the internet but you are still experiencing issues, try restarting your device.
