Troubleshooting: No Internet Connection

If you see this alert on your screen, it means that your unit is not connected to the Internet. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but don't worry - we'll help you get back online in no time!

Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Press MENU on the remote control

  2. Go to System/Network

  3. Check your network connection, it's likely offline

  4. Take steps to connect your unit to the Internet

  5. Re-boot the unit or re-launch Menuboard Manager
