How to check internet connection:

Having trouble connecting to the internet? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to check your internet connection using your Samsung remote.

Step 1: Locate your Samsung remote and push the Menu button.

Step 2: Using the arrow keys on your remote, navigate to the Network option and press the Enter button.

Step 3: From the Network menu, select Network Status and press Enter.

Step 4: The display will now run a test on your network connection and inform you if it is connected to the internet or not.

If the test shows that your connection is not connected to the internet, try troubleshooting your network or contacting your internet service provider for assistance.

If the test shows that your connection is connected to the internet, but you are still having trouble accessing the internet, try restarting your device.
