Firmware on a Samsung unit can be updated either online or via USB.
To update the firmware online, contact Menuboard Manager Support. We will coordinate a good time for the update and remotely update the firmware of your unit online.
To update the unit using USB:
Download the firmware file
Copy to a USB thumb drive (FAT32)
With the Samsung remote, press MENU
Go down to Support/Contact Support/Software Update
Press Update Now
Update via USB
