How to Reinstall the App
If you are experiencing issues with the app, or if you simply want to start fresh, you may need to reinstall the app. This can be done easily by following these steps:
Step 1: Check the System Date & Time
Before reinstalling the app, it is important to make sure that your system date and time are set correctly. This can be done by going to Menu > System > Time and adjusting the settings if necessary.
Step 2: Connect to the Internet
In order to reinstall the app, you will need to have an internet connection. If your display is not already connected, go to Menu > Network > Network Settings and follow the prompts to connect to the internet.
Step 3: Uninstall the Existing App
Next, you will need to uninstall the existing app. This can be done by going to Home > URL Launcher Settings > Uninstall and following the prompts to remove the app from your display.
Step 4: Install the Updated App
Finally, you can install the app with the correct URL provided by OSM Solutions. To do this, go to Home > URL Launcher Settings > Install Web App and follow the prompts to install the app on your display.
