How to Add Mixed Media to Your Playlist in Menuboard Manager

Menuboard Manager is a powerful tool that allows you to create and manage digital menus for your business. One of the great features of Menuboard Manager is the ability to add mixed media to your playlists. This means you can combine images and videos to create dynamic and engaging content for your customers. In this article, we will walk you through the steps of adding mixed media to your playlist in Menuboard Manager.

Step 1: Log in to Menuboard Manager

The first step to adding mixed media to your playlist is to log in to Menuboard Manager.

Step 2: Select Presentation

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main dashboard. Here, you can either select an existing presentation or create a new one.

Step 3: Add Media

To add mixed media to your playlist, you will first need to add an image file. This can be a .jpg or .png file. To do this, click on the "Add File" button and select the image file from your computer.

Step 4: Mixed Media Drop Down Selector

Once the image file has been added to your playlist, you will see it listed. Above the loaded file, there is a button that says "Image playlist". Click on this button to open the mixed media drop down selector.

Step 5: Mixed Media Option

In the mixed media drop down selector, you will see a list of options. Select the "Mixed Media" option to add a video to your playlist.

Step 6: Mixed Media Alert

After selecting the mixed media option, a pop-up alert will appear. Click on the "OK" button to confirm that you want to add mixed media to your playlist.

Step 7: Add Video Media

You can now add video media to your playlist. Simply click on the "Add File" button and select the video file from your computer. You can add as many videos as you like to your playlist.

Step 8: Save and Publish

After adding all of your media, click on the "Save" button to save your playlist. Once saved, you can then publish your playlist to a unit. This will make your mixed media playlist live and visible to your customers.
