Publishing Presentations
Publishing sends your presentation content to the display(s) assigned to a sign. You can publish from the Sign page, Presentation Page, or from the Finder.
How to Publish
Log in to your Menuboard Manager account.
In the Finder, locate the presentation you want to publish and open it.
Click the Publish button in the top right corner.
Choose a publish type from the pop-up (see options below).
Click Publish to confirm.
Your content will be sent to all assigned displays based on the publish type selected.
Publish Options
Publish Now — sends the presentation to displays immediately.
Stage Now — stages the changes to the account but does not push to displays yet.
Publish Later — schedules the presentation to go live at a specified date and time.
Stage Later and Publish Later — stages the changes at one date and time, then publishes to displays at another.
Unpublish — cancels a scheduled future publish.
Price Sheets
Price sheets are used to manage localized pricing across your displays. To update prices:
Navigate to the price sheet you want to update.
Double-click to open it.
Enter your changes.
Click Publish.
When publishing a presentation, Price Sheet values are not overwritten by default. This prevents prices from being reset if they have already been entered manually or populated via an integration. To overwrite Price Sheet values on publish, uncheck the Exclude Price Sheets box in the publish dialog.
Excluding Units
Use Exclude Units to prevent specific displays from receiving a publish. This is useful when you want to push changes to most displays but hold one or more back temporarily.
